Welcome to Loumira. These Terms & Conditions explain how we operate and what you can expect when shopping with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Loumira

Loumira is a curated resale business based in Mumbai, India. We specialise in carefully selected pre-owned fashion, designer pieces, vintage finds, and lifestyle products.

​

Unless clearly stated otherwise, every item we sell is pre-owned.

We carefully source, select, price, photograph, and present every piece. We reserve the right to decide what we list, how we present it, and when items become available.

2. Product Condition

Every item is inspected and curated before it is listed.

Because we specialise in pre-owned and resale fashion, some pieces may show light signs of wear. This is normal and expected with pre-loved items.

 

All garments are laundered, dried, and sanitised in accordance with industry standards prior to sale. However, we recommend that you wash or dry-clean the item to your own satisfaction before wearing it.

We do our best to describe each product accurately through:

•  Detailed descriptions

•  Sizing information and measurements

​

Please note:

•  Slight differences in colour, texture, or appearance can occur due to lighting, screens, or the nature of pre-owned items.

•  Pre-owned pieces are not brand new.

We strongly encourage you to read the full product description and review all photos carefully before purchasing.

3. Authenticity

We assess every item carefully based on our experience and the information available to us.

Please understand:

•  Loumira is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands we sell.

•  Authentication is based on our internal review only.

•  We do not provide absolute guarantees of authenticity.

By purchasing from us, you accept these conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any item we suspect may not be authentic.

4. Pricing

All prices are set solely by Loumira and are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

​

Pricing takes into account factors such as condition, rarity, demand, brand, desirability, and overall curation value. Prices do not necessarily match original retail prices, current market averages, or prices on other platforms.

​

We may change prices at any time (before or after listing) and may offer discounts or promotions at our discretion.

​

5. Payment

•  Full payment is required before we dispatch your order.

•  Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

​

We currently accept:

•  UPI

•  Bank transfer

•  Payment gateway services

•  Cash (in limited cases, where arranged in advance)

​

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions or refuse any order at our discretion.

​

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

​

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary based on your location, courier performance, and factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

​

Once the item is successfully delivered, responsibility for it passes to you.

​

We will photograph and document the condition of items before shipping for record-keeping purposes.

​

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with photos (where applicable). In such cases, we will offer either store credit or a refund at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order on the same day it is placed.

​

Once the cancellation window has passed, the order will be processed and shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

​

8. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

​

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

​

Eligibility

Items may be returned only if:

•  The original Loumira tag is still attached, and

•  The item is in the exact same condition as when it was delivered.

​

We cannot accept returns that show:

•  Stains, perfume, odour, or makeup marks

•  Signs of washing, alterations, tears, or damage

•  Excessive wear

•  Missing tags

​

How to Request a Return

All returns must be pre-approved by us. Please email us with:

•  Your order number

•  Proof of purchase

•  Clear photos or videos of the item

•  The reason for the return

​

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

​

Inspection & Outcome

Returned items are inspected on arrival. Store credit is processed only after we receive and approve the item.

If the returned item is found to be damaged, compromised, or not in the same condition as when it was delivered, no store credit will be issued.

If a return is rejected, we may ship the item back to you and charge any applicable return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

​

Store credit is:

•  Non-transferable

•  Non-exchangeable for cash

•  Subject to any validity period we may apply

​

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

Final Sale Items

​

The following are strictly final sale and cannot be returned:

•  Luxury / high-value items

•  Vintage pieces

•  Sale or discounted items

​

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Loumira is not liable for:

•  Normal minor wear consistent with pre-owned items

•  Delays or issues caused by courier companies

•  Indirect or consequential losses

•  Authenticity claims beyond the reasonable checks we perform

By shopping with us, you acknowledge the nature of pre-owned and resale fashion.

10. Intellectual Property

All Loumira branding, photos, product presentations, content, and visual identity belong to Loumira and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

​

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
